Since joining Greenscape in December 2018 and most recently serving as Durham Branch Manager, Mike has consistently demonstrated a passion for improving operations and building high-performing teams. In his new role, he will lead training initiatives across Green Leaf Group’s family of companies, including Greenscape, Environmental Enhancements, and Integrity Landscaping Solutions.
As Training Manager, Mike will work closely with branch leaders and field teams throughout North Carolina and Virginia, helping establish consistent training programs, coaching leaders, and sharing proven operational processes across all Green Leaf Group locations. His efforts will support maintenance, enhancements, and operational teams while reinforcing the company’s commitment to excellence as it continues to expand throughout the Southeast.
Mike has been an integral part of Greenscape’s success since joining the company more than seven years ago. During his tenure, he has held leadership positions that have helped strengthen branch performance and deliver exceptional service to clients. His hands-on leadership style and dedication to continuous improvement make him uniquely qualified to support training and development across the organization.
