Greenscape Inc. is pleased to welcome Winston Hensley as the new Business Development Manager for the Charlotte market. Winston officially joined the company on July 28, 2025, and will be leading efforts to grow Greenscape’s presence in the greater Charlotte area.
Born and raised in Charlotte, Winston brings more than 20 years of sales and leadership experience across multiple industries. Winston’s background spans several industries, including manufacturing and municipal sales. His experience developing markets and building long-term client relationships will be key to Greenscape’s growth in the region.
The opportunity to help Greenscape grow in the Charlotte area was too good for Winston to pass up. Winston said, “It’s the challenge I’ve been searching for, a chance to create something meaningful in a new industry, right here in my hometown.”
Winston’s passion for strategy, relationship-building, and long-term growth is already proving to be a strong fit for the Greenscape team. His local knowledge, deep sales expertise, and love for connecting with people position him to play a key role in the company’s expansion across the Charlotte region.

Outside of work, Winston is a proud family man and avid outdoorsman. He enjoys kayaking, hiking, fishing, and coaching football alongside his high school quarterback son.
