Greenscape Inc. is pleased to announce that Leonard Eaton has joined the company as Branch Manager for the Raleigh location. Leonard officially started on March 16, 2026, and will oversee branch operations while supporting continued growth and client success across the Raleigh market.
Leonard brings a diverse background in operational leadership, multi-unit management, financial oversight, project management, and team training. His career spans multiple industries, including financial services, petroleum and convenience retail, and landscaping. He has held leadership roles with organizations such as BP Amoco Corporation, Murphy Oil Corporation, and 7-Eleven. Over the past four years, Leonard has focused on the landscaping industry, further strengthening his expertise in operations, team leadership, and client service.
Leonard is energized by the opportunity to lead with purpose in his new role. “What excites me most is the opportunity to act as a servant leader, while driving company growth and exceeding client expectations,” Leonard said. “I’m excited to support our teams and build strong relationships that help deliver consistent results for our clients.”
Outside of work, Leonard enjoys camping and spending time outdoors. He is also passionate about the stock market and financial planning, actively managing his own portfolio and helping family and friends work toward their financial goals.
