Holly Springs, NC – February 19, 2026 – Greenscape Inc. is proud to announce the addition of Corey McDonough as Director of Regional Construction. Corey officially joined the company on January 26 and will lead landscape construction efforts throughout North Carolina.
Corey brings more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry. He served our country honorably in the Army’s 82nd Airborne Division before building a long and successful career in general contracting. He has held his general contracting license for 17 years and has owned and operated his own general contracting firm since 2009. Throughout his career, Corey has worked in seven states and the Caribbean, managing projects ranging from complex developments to large-scale builds.
His extensive experience working with other general contractors, combined with his leadership as a business owner, positions him well to guide Greenscape’s regional construction growth across the Southeast.
