Greenscape Inc. and Weed Man team members will be volunteering at the Marbles Kids Museum on Saturday, March 28. The team will help bring the Museum’s educational garden alive and get it ready for spring and summer fun.
“Greenscape and Weed Man are very focused on activities that bring people outside,” says Daniel Currin, President and CEO of Greenscape. “It is especially rewarding when kids and families benefit from our volunteer work. Marbles Kids Museum has a great outdoor learning space where children can learn about the food chain and the value of gardening while having fun outdoors.” Green Team members will assist with projects like installing vertical strawberry planters, spiral cedar planters, and transplanting or removing plant material. All community members are welcome to volunteer with the Green Team on March 28th. Green Team member Keith Updyke is coordinating the event and can be reached at [email protected].
