Green Leaf Group is proud to announce that Eduardo “Ed” Gonzalez has joined the organization as Head of People and Culture, overseeing all HR and employee experience initiatives across Green Leaf Group’s portfolio of companies, including Greenscape and Environmental Enhancements.
Ed officially began his new role on May 12, 2025, bringing with him over 17 years of progressive experience in human resources, leadership development, and safety. This marks a return to the organization for Eduardo, who previously served with Greenscape from 2008 to 2011 in human resources and safety leadership.
In this new position, Ed will guide talent development, employee engagement, and organizational culture initiatives across all branches of the growing Green Leaf Group family. His appointment reflects the company’s long-standing commitment to putting people first and building strong, values-driven teams.
